Single page website design for The Clothesline Chap
Website project: The Clothesline Chap, Adelaide Clothesline Installations
This was a fun one, a single‑page WordPress website built using Divi for The Clothesline Chap, a local Adelaide business specialising in clothesline supply and installation services. The site has been running reliably for years and continues to give this specialised service a simple and friendly online presence.
The Clothesline Chap has been installing clotheslines in Adelaide since 1991, offering supply, installation, restringing and repairs with plenty of local know‑how and friendly service. The website reflects that history and personality in a clear, no‑fuss way, making it easy for visitors to understand what’s offered and how to get a quote or a call‑back.
Since the site launch, I’ve maintained and updated it as needed, keeping the layout fresh and the contact details up to date. Because it’s a single landing page, the design is clean and focussed, all the information sits in one place so people can quickly find what they’re looking for without any confusion. Whether someone needs a new clothesline, a restring, or expert advice on products and placement, the site works well to connect them to the service.
It’s a great example of how a well‑designed single page can serve a local trades business beautifully, simple, clear, and built to last.
