NDIS & disability website experience

Web design experience across different disability service models

Website Adelaide works with smaller NDIS and disability service providers across Adelaide and regional South Australia.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS THE SECTOR

Examples from our NDIS and disability web experience

Providers in this sector can differ significantly in the services they offer, the people they support and the way participants access care.

Our experience includes multidisciplinary healthcare, psychosocial disability support, complex care and organisations operating across large regional areas.

The following projects are a selection of that work.

01 · Allied health, nursing and NDIS services

Trelity Health

Location: Croydon Park, Adelaide, South Australia

Trelity Health had an established website strongly associated with NDIS services while the organisation had expanded into a broader allied health and nursing model.

Rather than replacing the site, we progressively developed the structure around occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, nursing, hydrotherapy, neurological support and other services.

Information about NDIS, Support at Home, Medicare and private funding was also strengthened so patients, families and referrers could better understand how services may be accessed.

This ongoing work has shown how a provider website can evolve as services, audiences and funding pathways become more complex.

02 · Psychosocial disability and NDIS support

Riverland Support Services

Location: Riverland, South Australia

Riverland Support Services needed to replace a website with little search visibility while repositioning the former Mandy’s Support Services brand.

The new site also had to explain psychosocial disability support clearly across a large regional service area.

We created dedicated service pages, clearer information for participants and referrers, and practical detail around registration groups, plan-management types and support across seven Riverland towns.

This project reinforced how important geographic clarity becomes when a provider operates across a broad regional area rather than from one local catchment.

03 · Mental health, complex care and NDIS support

Neema Care Services

Location: Adelaide and South Australia-wide

Neema Care Services was a new provider needing to establish credibility without an existing website or public track record.

The business also combined psychosocial mental health support with more complex medical and high-care services.

We structured the website around six NDIS registration groups and created clearer pathways between mental health, complex care and other support needs.

The work highlighted the importance of making service scope specific enough for participants, families and support coordinators to understand what support the provider actually delivers.

OUR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Funding and registration affect how people assess a provider

One consistent theme across our NDIS work has been the amount of practical information participants and referrers may need before they are ready to make contact.

Registration groups, funding arrangements, service delivery methods and geographic coverage can all affect whether a provider is relevant.

For some providers that meant connecting service information with plan-management arrangements and genuine regional coverage.

For others, it meant several funding pathways needed to sit alongside a broader mix of clinical services.

Our website NDIS projects have reinforced that funding and access information is part of the main participant journey, not simply administrative detail.

OUR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Participants and referrers can need different information

Another recurring difference is the audience using the website.

A participant or family member may be trying to understand what day-to-day support looks like and whether the provider feels appropriate.

A support coordinator may be checking service scope, registration, funding arrangements, geographic coverage and referral suitability.

Healthcare and community referrers can be looking for another level of professional information.

Our work has shown that the same website often needs to support those different decisions without becoming repetitive or overly complicated.

OUR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Service boundaries matter in regional and mobile support

Geography has been particularly important across our regional NDIS projects.

For example, Riverland Support Services operates across seven Riverland towns, making actual coverage a meaningful part of the service information.

Other providers may deliver support in participants’ homes, in the community, from fixed locations or through a combination of delivery models.

That experience has shown us that an office address alone often says very little about where disability support is genuinely available.

OUR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Wider NDIS and disability experience

The featured projects represent only part of our experience in this sector.

Website Adelaide has also worked with KompleteCare for many years, whose website has continued to develop over many years across disability, aged care, community and clinical support services.

As the website needed to evolve, Website Adelaide has added pages, reorganised information and strengthened individual service pathways rather than treating the website as a fixed project.

Together, these projects give us experience across allied health, psychosocial disability, complex care, community support, regional services and organisations whose service mix has developed substantially over time.
